The plan is designed to be more effective with unsecured debt (credit cards, department stores, personal loans, and medical bills). As a non-profit, licensed agency, Harbour Credit Counseling has negotiated special terms with creditors to lower monthly payments, reduce and even eliminate finance charges, re-age delinquent accounts, and assist in building a credible payment history. and making one low monthly payment to Harbour, creditors receive payments on a regular, timely basis. The process is safe, easy, and effective!
Who We Are

Consumer Federation of America, and approved by the Internal Revenue Service with a 501c(3) non-profit license.
 What We Do — Harbour Credit Counseling provides
management services to families and individuals experiencing financial stress. We have negotiated special terms with creditors
to eliminate or reduce finance charges and fees so that most of the monthly payment is applied to your account balances rather than to fees or interest. Even delinquent accounts are re-aged or brought current after creditors receive initial payments through the program.
How We Do It — Harbour Credit Counseling uses the latest encryption technology to protect your privacy. All financial information transmitted
to and from our site is protected so your information stays safe with us. The personal and financial information you provide

Harbour Credit Counseling Services Inc.
Harbour Credit Counseling Services was formed 1995. Harbour processes payments for agencies that are in the non-profit debt counseling industry as well
as processing for Harbour Credit Counseling Services.
Harbour currently disburses over $3,250,000 each month on behalf of over 10,000 families. Trust and escrow accounting is accomplished
via various insured trust and escrow accounts located at Bank of America and First Union National Bank. Harbour also provides processing services for five agencies and
consolidates electronic payments for an additional four non-profit agencies.
