Customer Service Site. You can accomplish many things on this site. For example, you
can make a payment, update your account balances, receive your monthly statement electronically,
update your personal information, and much more. Because Harbour is always concerned about your
security we use the latest in data encryption SSL technology. Rest assured your data is safe.
You will need to have already enrolled in our Debt Management Program and have created
an account on our Customer Service Site. If you have not signed up for access to our
Customer Service Site

to create your new login. You will need to provide your first and last name, your Harbour ClientID,
and create a password.
Once you have an account with our Customer Service Site all you need to do is click on
the Message Center tab. There are detailed instructions on that page. Your
questions can be answered in a few simple clicks.
