What is Pre Bankruptcy Debt Counseling and Certification?
The new Bankruptcy Law becomes effective on October 17, 2005 that will
require counseling from an approved non-profit credit counseling agency
before you are able to file for bankruptcy protection. Once you complete the
counseling session and receive a certification you are able to proceed
with your bankruptcy filing.
